Paul Woods CEO at EBS signed the Partner Pledge supporting Women in Dynamics at the Dynamics EMEA Conference in Hamburg, Germany.
Women in Dynamics is supported by Directions 4 Partners, to promote diversity and inclusion within the international Dynamics Community. The aim of Women in Dynamics is to create awareness and to ignite a change within the international Microsoft Dynamics community.
There are many communities that support women to proactively apply for tech roles, build skills and grow within their organizations. The goal of Women in Dynamics is to inspire and encourage more Microsoft Dynamics partner executives to commit to gender diversity and inclusion. We are passionate about diversity and inclusion within the international Dynamics Community.
Mr Woods said, “The decision to sign the partner pledge was a ‘no-brainer’. The principles and values of Women in Dynamics aligns with Evolution Business Systems’ EPIC values. This coupled with the action steps to enable change in the Dynamics Community is something that we wholeheartedly support.
Since 2001, EBS has fostered a culture of employing from a diverse range of backgrounds, with women making up 50% of team.
