What version of NAV does ebs-plus support?
The current release is from NAV2013R2-CU8 onwards.

My online help is not working, what do I need to do?
Install end user help by copying the files from the Help folder of the package to the to the help/en and help/en-AU folder of the NAV Help web application installation folder.

Where do I setup my SMTP settings?
Setup the correct SMTP settings using the native NAV SMTP setup at: Departments / Administration / IT Administration / General / SMTP Mail Setup

Where do I check to see if any emails sent have errors?
Review the Communicator log to see which emails have been sent and which hard copies are printed. Furthermore, identify any errors in sending emails. Communicator log can be accessed at: Departments / Administration / IT Administration / General / Communicator Log

What if my communication log starts getting too long?
Perform Housekeeping of the Communicator log by using the Clear Log Entries function at: Departments / Administration / IT Administration / General / Communicator Log
