Quick tip for using Sales Price Worksheet!
You can use the Sales Price Worksheet to apply changes to the unit price for an item for one customer, a group of customers, or all customers in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
This page will list the suggested price changes when you run:
• Suggest Item Price on Wksh.
This function will create suggestions for changing the agreed item unit prices for your sales prices in the Sales Price table on the basis of the unit price on the item cards. You can also use the Suggest Sales Price on Wksh. batch job to create suggestions for new sales prices.
• Suggest Sales Price on Wksh. batch job.
This function creates suggestions for changing the agreed item unit prices in the Sales Price table on the basis of the existing prices in the table. You can also use the Suggest Item Price on Wksh. batch job to create suggestions for new prices.
There are two ways of using this batch job: You can either simply update the sales prices with an adjustment factor, or you can copy a sales price agreement to another customer or customer price group.
The batch jobs only create suggestions and doesn’t implement the suggested changes. However, you can still change the suggested ‘New Unit Price’ as this stage. Once you are satisfied with the suggestions you can use the Implement Price Change batch job to implement the changes in the system.
